KOH-I-NOOR Mechanical propelling pencil 5330 is made from metal. The metal body is an aluminium alloy and has a round shape. The stylish Gold colour is achieved through anodic oxidation. Anodic oxidation increases corrosion resistance and wear resistance. It is used for writing, drawing & sketching. It is the perfect tool for Designers & Architects. This lead holder holds leads of 5.6 mm diameter. There is a sharpener connector between the sharpener and the body, where the spring is inserted. The lead is moved by pressing the sharpener knob in a leaned pencil position. Upon pressing the knob, the clamp opens and the lead slides out. The lead can be sharpened using the sharpener which is in the knob that has to be screwed out. The graphite lead can be replaced by pastel leads. The mechanical pencil is stored in a wooden stand. The KOH-I-NOOR logo is laser engraved on the cylinder part of the body and on the upper part of the stand.
